It was FREEZING here! I met a friend for lunch at 12:30 and there was 1 table left by the bathroom. It was clean as the rest of the place was, but I'm guessing the thermostat read in the low 60s. This place is not big. It's actually like a narrow hall/alley. You walk in and go to the left to order, then you start walking in the hall to pick up and find your seat. There are about 3 or 4 tables near the ordering area, in the front of the restaurant. The rest of the tables (maybe 6 or 7 of them) are in the hall/alley-like area where you have tile walls on either side of you. As far as our food went , it was good. I'm on weight watchers, so this wouldn't have been my first pick for lunch (no salads), but they do have an "unwich" which is a lettuce wrap. That gave me many options. I got the tuna and there was plenty of tuna in it and it was wrapped up very nicely. Any of the other sandwiches were TONS of points and pretty much almost 80% of my total daily allotment, so the unwich fit very well into my food for the day! The parking lot is kind of weird. Parking is on the south side of the restaurant and it has arrows showing what way you are supposed to drive. That's fine if you enter off Geneva Road. I came around the other side, over by Home Depot, and scored several dirty looks because I was going opposite the arrows. There were no signs and I had no clue. Sorry.

We went to this Jimmy John's on Geneva St last night at 8:46 PM. Two workers were smoking in front of the store. We tried to open the door but it was locked. Those two who were smoking told us they were closed. I asked them what time they close, and one of them told me they close at 8:45 PM. I never heard any restaurant or take out shop close at 8:45. We went to Qdoba instead, but I checked their closing time at Jimmy John's website. The website said losing time is 9 PM. That is the closest Jimmy John's from my house, but I will never go back there again.

Each time I visit here its uneventful. The people are friendly but the service is only just OK. The person who was behind me received their sandwich first. What is with that? I always feel like I am imposing on these people when I arrive. They want to play with their cell phones, not take care of customers. The sandwiches were good as always but I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

I went to this location today and was hurried out the door because they had no bread, and the bread wouldn't be ready for over an hour. It was noon, on a Monday and I wasted my lunch time going to this location since I left empty handed. There were two shelves of bread visible but I was told they were for deliveries. So I drove to this store in the middle of a snow storm and I don't deserve the bread that's "reserved" for deliveries? I will never be back to this location, you lost a loyal customer, I'll be at a different Jimmy Johns nearby.

There are plenty of places to get a good sandwich. This is not one of them. Ordered online and their delivery was nearly 20 minutes late. The sandwich itself was pretty pathetic. The bread was hard and there wasn't very much to it. The turkey had a bit of a strange texture as well. If you want a good sandwich, Augustino's is right down the street.

Lights out on sign, cold and dirty inside, and in the middle of the dinner rush, they're out of bread. Love JJs, but skip this one.
